“I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.”
-Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
“I don’t make jokes. I just watch government and report the facts.”

With the multitude of statutes, regulations, and administrative rulings that crowd the employment landscape, every employer—large and small—is a target for employment-related claims.
Mr. Jeffrey knows that even the most diligent of employers will, at some point, be accused of running afoul of these rules. He also understand both the practical and legal implications that these claims can have for his clients. Part of his practice is devoted to taking proactive measures to minimize risk and avoid claims, but when litigation happens, he works closely with his clients to manage both the risk and the burden of defending employment-related lawsuits.
Employers need both technical skill and wisdom. Mr. Jeffrey’s experience representing employers in state and federal court, before administrative agencies, and in mediation and arbitration is invaluable to their bottom line.
